The Rachael Ray griddle pan is an excellent purchase. The issue with griddle pans is clean up afterwards. Many of them advertise this no stick actually need to be scrubbed clean. Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more.
