Even when fluffed it's not as full as the marketing photos but I believe it will work for me. I intend to add a lot more lights and cram it full of ornaments so it will probably be fine. I purchased an open-box item at a discount; not sure that it's worth full price, even on sale. Remote is one of those extremely cheap button-battery remotes with no indication of function printed on it. You have to guess what the functions are. The multi-function options are so tacky that I'm not sure why they offer them. I intend to stick with white lights. Note: not all of the white lights are the same temperature; some are a little cooler and brighter than others - can't really see it in photos. I’m very pleased with this tree. I love that it’s under 30 pounds. I’m nearly 60 years old and can no longer haul heavy Christmas decorations by myself. I love the color options. My husband loves the colored lights and I prefer the white lights. This tree offers us both options. I spoke to Daniel Guevra (CS) before purchasing and he was very helpful. He knew the difference between the different light bulb styles, his favorite tree (from what he saw on the showroom floor), and set up an account for my company's behalf which offered us a discounted rate. We used this tree for a high end client who needed a thinner tree. As with all trees, I recommend taking the time to fan out the branches, and that makes it look full and nice. I prefer the look of pine needles, so this tree fit the bill. At 5 feet, it comes in two parts. The top half is densely furnished with branches. The bottom half is a little less so, hence the four stars instead of five. With some fluffing and judicious arrangement of branches and ornaments, I still have a beautiful tree that I am super happy with. The only issue I had was the delivery person dropped it off right side down, which was annoying, but other than that it arrived in pretty good shape.
