WOW!!!! This Box Spring is PERFECT! Everything is metal, not one piece of plastic or even wood anywhere. My cousin, who lives with me and is in his early 80’s, was having a really hard time getting out of his brand new bed queen size bed that has a 10” all foam mattress and 10” box spring made of the typical wood with covering. Also, the mattress was sliding bit on the box spring we got. I got this metal low profile 5” box spring and it made all the difference in the world. It comes with a really nice cover as well. And everything stays in place. Very easy to assemble as well and comes very compact. The box it came in was the width of a queen bed, but about 8” in height. Took about 30 minutes to put together and the instructions are easy to follow. I’m handicapped and was able to do it myself. Don’t hesitate to buy this if you’re looking for very high quality.. You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I like the fact that it come with several hole adjustments for various size poles. I had to use the 1.5 inch hole tube. Update, have a new table with the umbrella hole. Absolutely no issues with stability. It’s been a very windy spring, up to 20 mph winds and this umbrella has not moved at all! I absolutely love the low and sleek profile of the base.. Lisa. Love it! It is heavy, as it says it is, and doesn't require filling with sand or water which is nice. The wheels on the one side make it easier to move when on a smooth surface (otherwise I just pick it up entirely). I love that it comes with 3 fillers to allow it to fit from a small to a large pole, great idea and design! The wheel on the side is nice to tighten it down to the pole so it stays put easily.
