My husband bought this solidly made track set to replace the worn out track on the barn door to our exterior laundrystorage room. Took two men to put this together and get it all just right, and now this new track rolls easily. We added new paint and the door looks bright and super stylish. Love it!. Cindy. San Diego, CA. Designed to glide smoothly on a track, this door seamlessly transitions between spaces, adding a touch of rustic charm and modern functionality. Crafted with natural materials, it complements any decor and becomes a stunning focal point.

The door looks great and we are very pleased! The decorative diagonal pieces were missing, but Wayfair's customer service was fantastic as always. They got those shipped to us very quickly. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer would be to include a stain stick the color of the door, as the dowel plugs on the side were raw wood color, so we had to find a stain stick ourselves to try to match and blend in those dowels.. I love them, I would have given 5 stars if it had actual installation instructions.. other than one sheet of paper with images. And we had to rig the tracks to make them work. It's hard to belive these flimsy tracks are holding up these doors... Margaret. Las Vegas, NV. Thu Jul 16 2026

These doors are great. Perfect addition to separate our great room from the back room. Color is perfect. I did have to get separate hardware and stoppers because I was using them for an opening that was wider than the side walls. I’d get this brand again. Just love the doors.. Jill. Florida. SMARTSTANDARD is committed to providing high-quality, customized, and durable Barn Doors to satisfy your home decoration and security needs.

This product is very solid and high quality. Only thing I didn’t like was that the satin nickel rail is 3 pieces for an 8 foot rail. Makes installation more difficult than a one or two piece rail. The other door I purchased used a black rail that was 2 pieces. Other than that the door is solid and easy to assemble but very heavy. I wasn’t expecting it to be so heavy but it is a 48 x 84 solid door so it makes sense. Love having full access to our closet now!. Neal. Billerica, MA. Tue Sep 08 2026

Wow! This door was easy to assemble and stain. The instructions highly recommends a header board and I do too! Our White-Primed Bookshelf Barn Door merges storage and style in an elegant design. This practical door features built-in shelving for books or decorative items, enhanced by a clean white-primed finish that turns entryways into functional statement pieces. Perfect for small spaces, it glides smoothly on a barn door track while offering smart storage solutions.

This is my first Wayfair review, although not my first purchase. I absolutely love everything about this door! It is heavy and sturdy, and it slides well for open and close. I will be drilling a few small holes on the shelf side, for hooks to store car keys and other items to have handy by the front door. It’s exactly what I pictured for my space. However, I gave this a 4-star due to the unclear instructions. It took my husband and me over an hour to put the door together, and then an afternoon to install it. This is definitely a two-person job! I really wish companies would understand that most of us aren’t assemblers by nature, and that step-by step photos and super-specific instructions go a long way towards a customer’s satisfaction. After all, I’m hoping to only have to assemble one barn door in my lifetime, and I assume this is true for most of us! . Kristen. Rapid River, MI. Mon May 18 2026

The Paneled Manufactured Wood Primed Barn Door Without Installation Hardware Kit is produced using MDF medium-density fiberboard. The 2 Panel MDF barn door has the design router carved on both the front and back of the door. All hardware including sliding track and handles are sold separately. The door is primed with an in-house white primer.

The doors were very heavy, and they were not squared. I was disappointed because of the price I had to pay for each door. One side was longer, therefore, if you look at the top, they are not leveled while the bottom was. Before you put them up, check to see that they are the same length on both sides. Too much work to take them down and return them. You do not see the decorative side inside the room, only in the hallway. Otherwise, they do look nice.. Nina. Richmond, TX. Mon Aug 22 2022
