The desk is a well built piece. This my hubby redesign his entire man cave. It has two lower shelves on the right side that are a ok size to hold a few things. The only con he stated was there is a bar that is apart of the supporting legs that runs across the whole desk, so if you wanted to add drawers or pull out keyboard tray,that could be an issue. Well, I love the desk put together, only it’s missing one of the stabilizing pieces. Why Because three of us couldn’t make sense of one part of the directions, we all settled on the wrong thing, realized it was wrong once screwed in and couldn’t get it unscrewed to fit because the screw was stripped.
