The box was in perfect condition. We still can’t figure out how to get the cat door to slide up so that’s disappointing. The lock/unlock knob appears to do nothing. This is great. I was looking for a permanent solution to keep the dog from the front door and a way to separate the dogs from my niece when she visits. This is perfect fix. I have a large doorway that Ive been wanting to block off, but its so wide Ive struggled to find a good solution. This gate is perfect! It is sturdy, no problems with wobbling or falling.
