This gate is made out of super steel which normally would be great but there's no pre drilled holes for the hinges and latch and its nearly impossible to make a dent in the gate. So I cant attach it to the matching FE26 hinges nor the latch. 0 stars. For the price i paid I wanted something easy to put together that actually works. Gate took to long to get here. Instructions are vague, missing and broken parts. Brackets to attach both panels are not the best. Have to adjust and drill alot of holes to mount brackets. I ordered this gate because my other one stated to fall apart. It was pressed wood and metal and lasted 4 years, so time to replace it. So glad I found this one which is very sturdy and impressive looking! I did hire someone to put it together and install it but worth every penny!!! Nice, quality gate. Seems very sturdy. Unfortunately, the gate arrived either cosmetic damage and missing parts. Manufacturer mailed replacement parts quickly. This is a Beautiful garden entrance arbor. I am in the process of putting it together so the picture doesn’t show the finished gate. It arrived with some broken pieces so I knocked off a star for broken pieces. It’s soft wood and I’m not sure how long it will last in the Texas elements but it’s very pretty and the color matches my fence. It’s a little wobbly so I’m going to dig it into the ground for it to be more sturdy. I’m using it to create a divide from my ugly side yard and I’ll be planting grapes over the arbor and I think it will look very pretty.
