Like anyone else, I was definitely hesitant about buying a couch from anyone online…but I really can’t complain at all - this couch is GREAT. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. We absolutely LOVE this couch! Very beautiful in our livingroom, very comfortable, and very good quality. It is soft but firm and holds its shape well. Looks exactly like the photo so just know if you order the "beige" one that it isn't actually beige but more of an off white color. It is sometimes hard to tell colors through a screen but this was pretty accurate to the photos. Assembly was very straight forward and simple. I had the whole thing built within the hour. The only reason I docked a star was because this was a bit slow to ship. After ordering, it was on hold for about 6 days before I started seeing any movement with it. It’s super comfy and is just what I needed. But the color is way off compared to product photos. I purchased the Khaki color which looks brownish to dark grey brown mix in photos.
