This is such a cute little lamp. I am planning on putting it on my kitchen countertop. It would also look nice on a bookshelf or bathroom lamp as well I think. The detail in the base makes it look high end. It was not immediately obvious, even after reading the instructions, how to use the dimmer feature (you have to tap and hold on the power button, and it only goes one way at a time based on the opposite of what it did previously)..
