Beautiful couch! Bought it for my sunroom . Took about an hour or so to put together. The color is lighter than I realized, but I still love it. It says it will take 72 hours for pillows to fluff but they seem to be perfect after a few hours. Love the fact that I can remove the covers and wash them if I had to ! This is an absolutely great sectional. It was so easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and I did it alone and took less than an hour. The material is nice and appears it will be very durable. The color is a soft gray and really opens my room. So far so good I feel that the material looks and feels expensive! There was no mention that the Ottoman had storage, but it does so I was so pleasantly surprised. Yes the couch is firm, but not in a way that I feel is uncomfortable or hard. I am hoping that it will get more soft as time goes on which naturally should happen with these types of cushions.
