Absolutely love it! I was hesitant because of some reviews remarking about the back pillows being too thin or flimsy and how one customer added an extra pillow for extra filling. I purchased it and did exactly what the reviewer suggested and BOOM!! Couldn’t have come out any better, so adding an extra king pillow to each of the 3 back pillows is the magic and I also inserted smaller ones to the 2 armrest pillows. Came out beautifully and looks so nice in our flex room. The seat cushions are nice, firm but soft, the premium Chenille is gorgeous. The couch is comfortable. The color is pretty spot on to the pictures. The material is nice and soft. The assembly took us about 2 12 hours. We thought we would be able change the layout of the couch like the longer side being on he left hand side instead of the right but the couch doesn’t allow that if anyone was wondering if that was a possibility. Also if anyone was wondering, it came in 3 separate boxes that were quite heavy and did take some work to move but it was worth it. Overall I love the couch and am happy with the purchase.. Such a beautiful couch! Just got it today. Delivery men came in set it all up, and even removed all garbage! Very nice people. The couch material is so soft and fluffy I love it. The color is perfect and exactly what I wanted with my crazy messy children! I will add, the couch is on the firmer side. I really wanted something a bit softer but I do feel the cushion inside will break in and get softer as we use it more. It’s very comfortable though nonetheless. The firmness does not make it uncomfortable. There’s some give to it and feels soft if that makes sense! Haha. I was very hesitant on ordering a couch without feeling it first but I am happy!!.
