This is an absolutely great sectional. It was so easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and I did it alone and took less than an hour. Absolutely love it! I was hesitant because of some reviews remarking about the back pillows being too thin or flimsy and how one customer added an extra pillow for extra filling. I purchased it and did exactly what the reviewer suggested and BOOM!! Couldn’t have come out any better, so adding an extra king pillow to each of the 3 back pillows is the magic and I also inserted smaller ones to the 2 armrest pillows. Came out beautifully and looks so nice in our flex room. The seat cushions are nice, firm but soft, the premium Chenille is gorgeous. The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. I am in love with this couch. I ordered the green and it’s beautiful. It’s firm which I wanted because I am old and sinking into a couch can be the end for me. The height is perfect (I am 5”3) and the seats are wide enough for comfort. The chaise is the perfect length to lay on and even someone tall could comfortably lay on the long part with no issues. The delivery crew were fantastic! Great communication and they were so quick and polite. Juan was the best helping me figure out the best place for the couch, I appreciate him so much.
