First thing, we are big Henckels fans. We bought this pan and it is a work of art; a thing of beauty. Pictures don't do it justice. It is well engineered. My Wife has cooked vegetables in it a few times and raves about it. It cleans up perfectly. We like that there are no harsh chemicals in the mix. We always use plastic utensils.
