This tub is very large and deep. The drain is high enough to get completely covered and it is long enough to lay all the way back. The material is some kind of stone so it is very heavy to move and get in place. This also gives it a cool stone feel when you’re in it. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. These are beautiful shower doors (for my bathtub, actually). They are exactly as described. Their quality is excellent, and because of the extended size, they fit my uncommonly-sized tub enclosure perfectly. The tub is beautiful and I can't believe the price for a stone resin tub. I was quoted more for an acrylic tub, which would have cheapened the overall look of my bathroom remodel. It was perfectly crated and undamaged. It took 4 men huffing and puffing to haul it to my primary bath, but it was just installed and all is working well. A few things to note: it is thinner than I imagined it to be based on the weight, so I hope it doesn't mean it is more fragile in the long term. the matte will definitely get scuffs when installing, but it comes right out with the sander..
