This product is harder to find, it did come in dirty so had to hand clean each unit, 3 out of the 50 units per defective and the magnet that came with the product is not retail user friendly. I had a spare one with handle and it worked so much better. The basic brick style magnet took some play to get unit to unlock. It does the trick but overall quality not as good as I expected. I've had others that are very hard to get out of the tube, even using a caulking gun. So that's a plus. Next, it's a very smooth product that came out of the tube without skipping. It also dried quickly, which is a plus when you're on a time crunch and need to get done fast. All in all, it's a great product. The smell, of course, was bad, but usually is with sealant.
