TOTO's industry leading 1G technology offers a powerful flush that flushes completely and fully with only one gallon of water. This version of the TOTO UltraMax II 1G® includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. This feature, coupled with the WASHLET PREMIST® and TORNADO FLUSH®, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The TOTO UltraMax II 1G® is designed in TOTO’s Universal Height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. This WASHLET+® includes the WASHLET with water supply adapter, UltraMax II bowl and tank set with hardware, and toilet bolt caps. Compatible with T40 WASHLET+ electronic bidet seat and toilet bowl components only. The UltraMax II may be adapted for 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold rough-in. Additional items needed for installation must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and toilet water supply lines.

The ECOPOWER faucet is ideal for high-traffic commercial spaces and provides an elegant water conservation solution. Powered by the force of running water, ECOPOWER hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the Smart Sensor System of the faucet. The ECOPOWER faucet is highly efficient, replenishing power stores in as little as five uses daily. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. The ECOPOWER 0.5 GPM 10 second on-demand controller uses only 0.08 gallons per cycle and is CEC and CALGreen compliant. The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop. Included: controller and mounting hardware. Purchased separately: compatible spout, water supply line for G1/2 connection, and optional mixing valve for water that is not pre-mixed.

Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet.
