This is for the tank only! The manufacturer made an error in the listing when I first purchased this toilet set. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. Schlage's privacy door levers are locked from the interior using a push button lock on the interior handle with a small pinhole to unlock the handle from the outside. Privacy levers are ideal for bathrooms, bedrooms, or anywhere a locking door is desired but a keyed cylinder isn't necessary.
