We had 2 of these installed. The control panel became unattached on the first one and Wayfair sent us another range hood. I thought the first hood was pretty loud, but did an ok (just ok) job sucking smoke from the kitchen. But with the second hood, the installer noticed that the intake piece that is supposed to open when the hood was on has only half opening, which was causing the hood to be very loud. Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening. This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option.
