I am shocked and delighted!! I had no idea what to expect, but I made dinner in my Lekue Steam Cooker. I sliced a potatoe, added olive oil and seasoning and a splash of water. Then I precooked it for 4 minutes. Then I placed a 4 oz frozen salmon fillet on top of the potatoes. Seasoned it and put it back in the microwave for 4 minutes. I checked it at 2.5 minutes and it was already done. Salmon was cooked perfectly...moist, full of flavor and literally falling apart. The potatoes were beautifully cooked as well. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design.
