I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I like the fact that it come with several hole adjustments for various size poles. I had to use the 1.5 inch hole tube. Update, have a new table with the umbrella hole. Love it! It is heavy, as it says it is, and doesn't require filling with sand or water which is nice. The wheels on the one side make it easier to move when on a smooth surface (otherwise I just pick it up entirely). I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base. It’ll take some getting used to but the aesthetics are pleasing to my eyes. I went from dark cherry finish with box springs down to a distressed white platform bed. I can’t stop looking at it every time I walk into my room! Disclaimer It took 2 people approx 3 hours to assemble. If you’re doing it by yourself it’ll take much longer. It’s easier with at least 2 people and (if you’re the 2nd person go ahead and find you an allen wrench, it’ll go by faster than our 3 hours). Tip The box is heavy and much heavier if you’re going upstairs, so get some muscles to help you. Also check off each item as you take it out of the box, to make sure nothing is missing.. Comforter was exact color match to website. Love the design. Could be thicker it is on the thinner side but ok. As others mentioned the comforter could be wider to hang lower but I have a very tall mattress so as long as the skirt I bought hides the mattress I am fine with that. Didn’t want to send it back to try the larger queen option. The shams are great. The sheets were too thin, I ended up buying a separate set of sheets locally that were 100% cotton and use those instead of the sheets that came with it.
