I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I like the fact that it come with several hole adjustments for various size poles. I had to use the 1.5 inch hole tube. Update, have a new table with the umbrella hole. I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. Love it! It is heavy, as it says it is, and doesn't require filling with sand or water which is nice. The wheels on the one side make it easier to move when on a smooth surface (otherwise I just pick it up entirely). I love that it comes with 3 fillers to allow it to fit from a small to a large pole, great idea and design! The wheel on the side is nice to tighten it down to the pole so it stays put easily. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
