I’m 72 and put this together myself. The instructions didn’t always match the picture guide, but I did get it together. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is from the very first screws I inserted there was some of the cabinet that flaked up. But once the screw was in place it wasn’t noticeable. It seems very sturdy. I have cement floors and had to add sliding pads to make it level. The back metal poles have a place to screw something in but nothing was included? We are extremely happy with this water cooler. We were renting one through a water company and opted to purchase this one. This water cooler is significantly quieter than the previous one we had (Primo Brand). Whereas it would make a loud noise when when pouring room temperature water this unit makes zero noise. Mind you, we are not using the hot or cold water functionally continuously but only as needed to cut down on our electricity bill.
