Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. The top rack for cutlery is a big improvement over my last dishwasher, and I like the being able to change the height of the the top rack (even changing the heights indepdentently to give more room to taller items on one side). My hot water heater quit on me and I needed a thermostat but everyone I reached out to said that don't make that model any longer. So I researched new water heaters and this one works for me. The dryer has timed dry plus sensed dry plus permanent press plus heavy plus towels. It is more than a wonderful dryer.
