You need to set aside a full day or two to assemble this thing, BUT I will say that the instructions are thorough and correct,,,, all the pieces were accounted for, and once assembled it's fairly sturdy,,,, though if you live in a high wind area you may want to consider a different shed. For us though, after placing it against a wall and in the corner, no worries about the wind. Looks nice, needs some sort of latching hardware for one door,,, I used magnets. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. This thing rocks. It shipps in 2 boxes (one is 100lbs). It shipped quick (3 days) and arrived on time. Produce wise, it was packed better than things that are 3x the cost. Between the box and the material was 1/2" of foam AND 1/4" of wood. There were also 1/8" corner guards. The instructions could be better in some cases, but nothing worse than any other product. We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. The shed will serve its purpose. But unfortunately quite a few of the pieces were damaged. (Photos attached) When building the shed there were even some screw holes that weren’t there. Adorable addition to my garden. Thankfully it was assembled on Mother’s Day so my husband could only do minimal complaining about the setup.
