I bought this for my birthday party spillover out on my deck in Oregon in October. It was rainy and cold! I did not have super high hopes, given all the tents and reviews I searched up. I'm happy to say that this 10x20 tent was great! Nothing ripped, bent or broke. It was a little difficult to put up, only because it's big and it takes a little strength to extend and pop all the legs in place. 4 people are really best to pull out the legs and extend the tent fully. The sides went up easy with Velcro attachments and looked really nice. We had propane fire pit going and everyone stayed dry and warm, even with a little bit of wind. This is the easiest pop up tent I've ever owned! The ceiling on it is perfectly tall. The trick is to lock the top into place and then extend the legs all the way out. The roof velcroes on and snap.into place easily. The walls are also easy to install with snaps and velcro as well as have very sturdy zippers on them.
