Ordered the 10 x 10. The top is actually 10 x 10, but the inside is less so please read measurements. Took my husband & a friend pretty much all day to put together. A lot of pieces didn't actually line up with the holes for the screws. It looks good. We will have to see how it holds up in the weather. Assembly took four people about 6–8 hours to complete, so plan accordingly. One helpful tip: each roof panel has a thin protective plastic film that needs to be removed before installation. I believe it’s there to prevent scratches during shipping. We found that letting the panels sit in the sun for a bit made the film much easier to peel off. Overall, this gazebo is sturdy, attractive, and an excellent value for the money. I would absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Takes two to build the initial frame but the rest can be finished by one. Took me 10 hours by myself. Roof panels are tricky but you can bend the slots they go into open a bit more to assist. Lastly, the anchor bolts supplied are insufficient. I upgraded to a 38 inch cement anchor for my unit. Too soon to comment on the durability during wind. I’m hopeful. There are hooks on the top center for hanging a fan or lighting. I feel it’s very sturdy and will withstand the wind where I live. My only complaint is that it appears shorter than expected. Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue.
