The size works, but it feels slightly limiting when I want to pack a heartier serving. Even so, they have a solid, sturdy feel and they clean up easily, which I appreciate on busy evenings when I am trying to get everything ready for the next day. The ceramic bowls themselves wash beautifully, but the plastic lids behave like most plastic lids do and tend to stain when used with tomato‑based soups or sauces. Because of that, I have been avoiding tomato dishes when packing lunches. Where these crocks truly shine is breakfast prep. They are the perfect size for yogurt parfaits layered with fruit and berries, and I love that the set includes four. It allows me to prepare several breakfasts at once and keep them ready in the refrigerator for the week. The products, cooked in stoneware, are especially tasty and healthy due to the correct temperature regime. Care: avoid significant temperature changes. We recommend placing the product in a cold or warm oven (not hot). With a sharp temperature drop, the dishes can crack. Soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes before each use. Before use, we recommend that you wash the product. Hand wash with warm water, add some baking soda, or use a regular sponge with soap. Leave to air dry; do not wipe. Dry the dishes without a lid. We recommend placing the product in a cold or warm oven (not hot). With a sharp temperature drop, the dishes can crack. Soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes before each use. Before use, we recommend that you wash the product. Hand wash with warm water, add some baking soda or use a regular sponge with soap. Leave to air dry; do not wipe. Dry the dishes without a lid. Store the stoneware in a dry place.
