This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. Exactly as described, but does NOT come with the accessory bag. The manual is useless, although you dont really need it. I took a star off for shipping. It was supposed to be here on Sunday, then changed to Tuesday, then changed times on Tuesday three times, then finally changed to Wednesday. (And apparently the shipping label was unreadable and needed replaced at some point.) And then FedEx not only delivered to the wrong address, but just left the box on the street basically. Oh, and the box was damaged, one corner was open. Anyway, the item itself isn't fancy, its basic, but it will work for its intended purpose. I watched some reviews before I purchased, and its exactly as described. It isn't huge, so if you need something bigger go with a different brand. All in all, youre getting the advertised item.
