So far, so good. I have the Wash Tower 2.4 with heatpump. Its quiet, clothes come out dry and time is good. I dont watch the clock but it doesnt seem longer than my full size LG washer downstairs. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I absolutely love this wash tower. Read TONS of different reviews before purchasing. Looked at different brands and styles. Finally settled on this one. The install was very easy and fast. It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it’s more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers.
