The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

This piece of cookware gets its name from two Italian words “pentola” which means pot and as its name implies, it’s great for boiling pasta. That’s because of its high sides and the included colander, which you can just lift to drain without damaging the delicate starches. But, it’s also great for steaming or making foods that require straining small particles, like meat or veggie stocks. As part of our collection, this pasta pentola features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel around the surface, for fast and even heat. At 7 quarts, it accommodates a couple of pounds of pasta and water. To keep your All-Clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with soap and a sponge instead of the dishwasher. Bonded, engineered, & assembled in the USA. Backed by All-Clad's limited lifetime warranty.

Like all of the all clad pots and pans, its beautifully made. The pasta strainer insert is exactly what you need for making pasta.. Rebecca. Tempe, AZ. Sat Jan 18 2020

Mortars have been used around the world for centuries, from Asia and Europe to the earliest populations of north and south America. The friction of the mortar's rough ceramic interior against the grinding action of the pestle releases the full flavor of herbs and spices, while also changing the texture and consistency of pesto and other dishes. The stoneware mortar & pestle is inspired by this age-old technique of careful preparation, with an unglazed interior that is abrasive enough to effectively break down contents, yet durable enough to withstand the friction of repeated grinding.
