Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose.
