I absolutely love this bed. We spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect upholstered sleigh bed and this is it. We are able to use our standard box spring and mattress which is nice because I didn’t want to be too low to the floor. The bed was easy to assemble. This bed is awesome !!! I replaced an older king size bed in my bedroom with this sleigh bed. The older bed was taller and there was always a noisy wobble when moving around which I finally had enough of. This bed is lower to the ground and the materials are of good quality. Once assembled it’s very sturdy with no worries about it moving around. The upholstered fabric is very nice also. The assembly was very straight forward and easy be following the directions. This only issue I had was that this came in two separate boxes on diffeeent days. The first box arrived and then the second one never showed up. Finally I had to contact Wayfair and they resent the second box which was lost in transit apparently. But these things happen sometimes. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend.
