Normally, Wayfair is reliable and products are as expected they should be. I received a Delta multichoice rough in, the box was in another box. Original packing was damaged and open with parts possibly missing. I am not sure the rough in recommended is even the correct one. I have yet to install it to confirm it works correctly until I investigate further. I do not want to sweat in or otherwise damage this item so its un-returnable, also instLl to have to uninstall.. This is a very well made and good quality saute pan. The pan is not too big and heats up quick . It cooked burgers and a steak with ease. It was very easy to clean with soap and water.
