This toilet requires careful planning and following the instruction manual in terms of finding additional fittings if needed. The toilet was a retrofit and I gave it four stars because parts were required that were not in the box for the different sizes of existing connectors The small card in the warranty bag offers parts from the manufacturer that we needed. We were able to get it installed until we can get the part. The features of this toilet are great and you will not be disappointed! It is a great value and worth the effort. Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven. The knob feels substantial and makes it easier to grip the lid. I have attached photos comparing the before-after.
