Received this loaf pan to replace my tired aluminum spring form cake pan that was starting to fall apart after years of use. This one is made of sturdy cast iron that will last a lifetime. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven. The knob feels substantial and makes it easier to grip the lid. I have attached photos comparing the before-after. When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices.
