Great value for the price. I installed it on my Sorara Mirador Pergola, and it worked well. I’d need is raising the underside height from 89” to 94”. Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. Best feeling shower ever! I felt this “PowderRain” shower head at a local supplier showroom and fell in love with it. The price here is ALOT lower! My plumber was impressed with the high quality parts. Don’t position the rain shower head too high above your head or the water will not be the right force and will cool down before it gets to you. About 12-15” I think is ideal. Found this out the hard way. Iwanted it tall enough for my husband, but we installed it too high to be optimal. The settings on the handheld shower wand are nice. There are three -one that has more force for rinsing out shampoo, and another with a spiral massage, as well as the same powder rain as the wall mounted shower head. It feels like getting soaked with a soft rain. More of a relaxing sensory experience which is why the other stronger setting on the handle shower is useful. The wall rod adjusts the height of the handwand easily and can be used as a separate overhead shower as well. I purchased the brushed nickel and the wall controller does get water spots so must be cleaned accordingly. (The grab bars in my picture were purchased separately and are not included in this kit). Whoever uses the bathtub for bathing and showering would also want to be as flexible as possible when positioning the shower head. In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs. However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed). The RainDrain Match 47 1/4" drain trim (finish set) in matte black from hansgrohe is a flexible drainage solution for installation flush with the back wall or freestanding in the shower area. The shower drain trim's matte black finish goes particularly well with modern bathroom designs. Alternatively, the channel can be tiled at the back also (max. tile thickness 18 mm). The vertically adjustable frame offers flexibility in the drain barrier also: so the system can be adjusted to the height of the tiles – for floor-level installation without trip hazard. The result meets the requirements of a barrier-free shower area. The innovative high-tech silicone membrane also ensure that hair and dirt do not get stuck. Soniguard Drop Ceiling Insulation is dust, fiberglass, and itch free. Pre-cut for easy installation, it will dramatically increase both the acoustical properties of your Ceilume ceiling, and the thermal properties of any drop ceiling.

Installed in basement. Noticeable difference in sound reduction. It’s not going to reduce noise 100, but it did help. Also helped with temperature. Easy to install. The hansgrohe Trickle Adaptor turns any hansgrohe or AXOR handshower into an ADA compliant one. Simply screw the adaptor on in between the handshower and hose, and the trickle shut-off function will be added to the handshower.
