The chairs look good but assembly was difficult. The fabric on the two single chairs appears to have been cut too short. It is impossible to screw the bottom bar when attached to the fabric. This couch is a really nice shade of grey. Material is a great texture. Cushions are nice and thick. Legs were a challenge to put on. No predrilled holes. A drill will be much easier. I don’t really care for the LED light strip on the bottom so I probably won’t use it, and the button on the left side for it doesn’t work. Also I should mention that the first one the delivery team assembled for us did not work, it had a failed motor which they did not discover until after they assembled it. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Assembly took about an hour with two people, and while it could definitely be done solo, having an extra set of hands made the process much smoother and faster. Everything arrived well-packaged and carefully protected with Styrofoam, so there was no damage at all. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, with both pictures and written steps that made each stage straightforward.
