This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. Love this tile! Finally found quality distressed backsplash to match my new quartz countertops. Combined the plain Aged White alternating with the matching Aged White Ornate (printed pattern). This is distressed tile so each tile has a unique quality look with tan undertones but matches my white cabinets. Used a cream color grout. 25 in the plain Aged White case. 21 in the Ornate. BE AWARE only complaint the Ornate has 5 patterns and a mix of quality on each one! Some patterns had 3 others 6. Was challenging to mix up patterns for layout. Still love the look.
