We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. Purchased the larger size to use as appliance pulls for an apartment size panel ready fridgefreezer. I’ll be using the 8”size on a nearby drawer needing a pull that does not encroach on a drawer microwave. Each piece has excellent craftsmanship, a solid heavy weight and even finish. A double-sided pull bar made from solid anodised metal. These pull bars feature our signature, diamond-cut, cross-knurl pattern and are refined by hand. Comes complete with small solid metal discs. They work great on interior glass or solid doors with a minimum of 10mm thickness and a maximum of 60mm thickness. Not intended for use in wet environments. Included in the box is two pull bars with double-sided fixings.

These handles are very cute and perfect for what I need. The 4" length is just right for a decent hand grip without squishing my hands and it will be perfect for the new French closet doors I am installing.
