This is a beautiful line of solid brass (available in unlacquered finish) - transitional, not too traditional not too modern with nice feel to the pulls and decent projection for fingers if you mount on the inside of a shaker panel. This is not a towel bar. It is a grab bar and too heavy to hang on the wall. I was given the option to return it at my expense, so my refund would be less than$5. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar.
