I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. The RainDrain Match 31 1/2" drain trim (finish set) in brushed stainless steel from hansgrohe is a flexible drainage solution for installation flush with the back wall or freestanding in the shower area. The shower drain trim's brushed stainless steel finish goes particularly well with modern bathroom designs. Alternatively, the channel can be tiled at the back also (max. tile thickness 18 mm). The vertically adjustable frame offers flexibility in the drain barrier also: so the system can be adjusted to the height of the tiles – for floor-level installation without trip hazard. The result meets the requirements of a barrier-free shower area. The innovative high-tech silicone membrane also ensure that hair and dirt do not get stuck.
