These are great pans for the price, comparable to other more expensive ceramic pans I’ve had in the past. They work well with our induction top and food did not stick. Felt pads are useful for stacking and came with some silicon utensils which were handy! Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven.
