The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. Great pots and pans for the price never know what to buy anymore but this set I have purchased several times, they last several years with 4 hungry boys that torture them, dropping them using metal utensils cutting steaks in the pan with a sharp knife and the pans still keep on cooking….end of buying new set every 3-4 years not from the pans failure but from the kids torturing them and even then it’s just a skillet or 2 not the whole set… now we have lots of great pans…use them every day!!!.
