I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. I've been very impressed with the FOTILE 30" Slant Vent range hood. It’s extremely efficient at removing smoke and cooking odors, much more powerful than standard models. This is the best!!! I’ve never felt so confidently clean leaving the restroom. The remote is easy to use once you learn the symbols and it adjusts the heat of the seat, heat of the water and the distance that the cleaning and drying wands come out to get a personalized experience. Plus you can adjust the water stream to go full pressure or go a little easier, depending on your needs. The dryer works well and I love the little odorizer that seems to work really well too. We got a longer seat and a shorter seat version (both sold here). The longer seat is about the size of a regular toilet seat and the regular seat size feels more like a kids sized seat, so I recommend the longer seat regardless of the size of your toilet bowl.. We just had this toilet installed and it is absolutely beautiful and very elegant looking. I had looked at a lot of different ones and liked this sleek and modern design the best. I also love that it is made of Porcelain (harder and stronger) and not ceramic. The plumber found it pretty easy to install and it came with everything needed. The seat is comfortable; the open and close mechanism is smooth. I love the touch button at the bottom, makes it unnecessary to touch the lids. The flush is very quiet and I LOVE that. The toilet is water resistant and that should it a lot easier to clean without worrying about shorting the electrics of it. It does say that it is antimicrobial, but, I do not see a UV light for disinfecting so there is no way to be sure. I like that it has a manual flush option, so it can be used even if the power goes out… I am yet to try the bidet and warming functions (Will update review after I have done so).. Arpita. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better.
