We just got two of these set up and they seem nice, but have barely used them yet. My main issue was the inability of Wayfair to send anyone who could put them together. They are too large for one person and, while I had paid for assembly, neither the delivery guys or the assembly team (which turned out to be the same delivery guys) could assemble it. Bought this due to the TP shortage and frankly am impressed and now a fan of the bidet. This was easy to install ourselves and works great. I’d like another, but the issue in the US is that we don’t have electrical outlets near the toilets. So, this one we put in our main half bath and wound a cord along the base boards. Looks ok..
