This is not a towel bar. It is a grab bar and too heavy to hang on the wall. I was given the option to return it at my expense, so my refund would be less than$5. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. Nice rain shower head. Good pressure with a couple of spray options. I added it as the secondary hand held part to a Pulse Shower system and it works great.
