This is not a towel bar. It is a grab bar and too heavy to hang on the wall. I was given the option to return it at my expense, so my refund would be less than$5. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. The towel bar is reliably attached to the wall by a total of four screws. The drilling distance on both sides is 1.1 in each.

Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven.
