I recently purchased the Deer Valley 2-piece toilet, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my choice. The installation was pretty straightforward, although I have to say that the directions could have been clearer at times. I managed to figure it out without too much hassle, but I can see how it might confuse someone less handy. One feature that stands out is the water-saving flush. It definitely does its job in terms of efficiency, which is a plus for both the environment and my water bill. However, I did notice that the flush is a bit louder than what I was used to. Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face.. Starting with purchase and installation: with tile, several other materials are required, and a professional must complete the 3-day installation. Alternatively, Utile walls do not require the purchase of other materials except silicone, and a few tools if not already in hand. They are fixed directly on the studs in 1 day and do not require hiring an expert! As for the long run, tile is a sturdy material; however, grout requires regular care and maintenance to keep its look and integrity long term. Utile walls, on the other hand, offer smooth textures or have realistic and carefree faux grout lines that will not crack!

This is a great shower. One thing - please note that the interior length is around 46.5", *not* 45.5" as shown above. After prep, the installation took just an hour or so. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people.
