I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. I did a full bathroom remodel to add a tub to my master bath and maximize the use of space. This tub was the perfect blend of wide and deep to make the 59" length not feel too short for me. Two people can share this tub. It is beautiful and solid. The only two things I would say is be aware that the drain is in the center of the tub so if you were to stretch out in it you will probably pop the drain. Also, sides this steep can be uncomfortable if you aren't planning on sitting up. Might need a cushion.
