I just read the other reviews and they clearly didn't take a seconds to figure out that the ugly clips are for shipping and the actual clips that hold the screen or glass in just slip in if you take a moment to look at it. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
